By placing an order, the buyer offers to purchase a product subject to the following conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price.

Shipping times vary depending on the product type, with a maximum preparation time of 30 business days for items already in production. For made-to-order items, the specific manufacturing time is indicated directly on each product page at the time of purchase. By validating their shopping cart, the buyer acknowledges and accepts without reservation the production times mentioned on the product pages. In the case of a mixed order, the overall shipment will be based on the production time of the item with the longest lead time. Saints la nuit is not responsible for delays resulting from the fault of postal service providers or from force majeure events.

To contract with Saints la nuit, the buyer must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank accepted by Saints la nuit. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the purchased item complies with the laws of their country of residence and the delivery location, as Saints la nuit disclaims all liability in cases of disputes related to the importation or possession of products that do not comply with local laws.

The buyer accepts that the products will be shipped in standard packaging deemed sufficiently robust upon handover to the carrier and therefore releases the seller from any liability regarding the condition of the outer packaging upon receipt. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the integrity of the package in the presence of the delivery person and to make specific reservations or refuse the package in the event of visible damage, as any unconditional acceptance of the package by the buyer extinguishes any possibility of subsequent claims concerning the condition of the container or its contents related to transport. Saints la nuit declines all responsibility for indirect damage or minor alterations to the packaging that do not affect the use of the product, and no returns will be accepted for packaging defects provided that the item itself is compliant and functional.

Saints la nuit reserves the right to refuse any order from the buyer. An accepted order will trigger an email from Saints la nuit confirming the identity of the party with whom the buyer has contracted, guaranteeing that all details provided by the buyer are true and accurate and that the buyer has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided and will bear all reshipping costs in the event of an incorrect address or inability to deliver. It should be noted that any additional and specific costs incurred by international orders, including customs duties and local taxes, will be entirely the buyer's responsibility.

Once the tracking number has been provided, it is up to the buyer to track the progress of their package and to initiate the claim process with the carrier themselves in the event of a delivery dispute.

Returns are entirely at the buyer's expense and risk, who must ensure that the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days, knowing that products made to order are neither returnable nor exchangeable in accordance with the regulations on personalized products and that all advertised prices are subject to change without notice from Saints la nuit.
